• Description: To apply for the merit scholarship program for international students of the FRQNT, a candidate:

  - Must have been preselected by a Québec university. IMPORTANT: the FRQNT is not responsible for the preselection;

  - Cannot be a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident of Canada;

  - Cannot have applied for permanent resident status under Canadian immigration law;

  - Must be selected by the final assessment of the FRQNT.
