Course objectives
Introduction to Molecular Biology and Functional Genomics. Students should have an overview of the fundamental molecular mechanisms of DNA Replication, RNA transcription, Protein synthesis, Gene and Genome structure and Regulatory mechanisms. Genome-wide approaches and networks aspects should be understood at the introductory level.
